I have been with Afrihost since they started for first Adsl and now fibre . I have always been very happy with their good service. We have had very few problems over the years and when we have had the odd intermittent issue, they have resolved it immediately. Their WhatsApp chat platform is very effective. Afrihost has been managing my mobile resources and home wifi for quite a few years now and I have always had a good experience. I ported my number from one of the 'big two' cellular service providers who didn't give good customer service, and have never looked back. Calls are cheaper for me. And my account is essentially prepaid unlike the 2 year contracts I used to have.

After Eskom kindly load shed our power, I couldn't connect to the internet. Afrihost assisted me step by step through the reconnection process and sorted out the connection issues, and this was all done over Whatsapp with screen shots.
