Been with Afrihost for quite some time now, and from the inception of installation and the many months of service, have always had good service. Even when things go wrong, which has not been a lot, they have communicated well and given proper feedback.

Afrihost have been amazing in my area, I have been with them for many years now and I have been down maybe four days in total. When other people are complaining that they are down on Frogfoot I am up with no issues thanks to Afrihost, best ISP in the country, hands down.

Had a less than ideal experience with someone from support because they immediately thought they were addressing my issue instead of listening. I then called back and was met with someone else who took the time to ask questions 1st to fully understand the issue before working on the solution and hence knocking it out of the park.

I was satisfied with Afrihost. I think it's quicker to use the WhatsApp platform. I submitted my request for emigration 0n 12 Oct and on 15 Oct it was active. This is because there was no cabling required I was using my old connection and device. Also, I made follow-up via WhatsApp which enables prompt action on their side. I find it much easier TO CONTACT than my previous ISP. I highly recommend. Their service so far is good.

After calling the Afrihost’s landline to discover that they were closed and I needed to sort out my lack of internet access, I attempted the WhatsApp chat support. I only had a minor problem which was identified through initial picture being sent to my technician and then a video which quickly pointed to the problem and potential solution. For this minor issue the WhatsApp support was brilliant and although as my WiFi was down I was still able to communicate with the technician via my phone data. Keep it up Afrihost!
