I have been a client since July 2021 on webhosting and in January 2022 I appointed them as my ISP. I work online and it ia crucial for my business that I have a stable internet connection. They also assisted me when I relocated my premises and I experienced no downtime with the relocation. The call centre staff are always quick to reapond and extremly helpful on all my queries.

I was assisted within seconds from my query on WhatsApp. I wish all service desks / client service / help desks will implement a WhatsApp service.
