Just want to know if anyone could advise. Is it protocol to get billed for a service before Afrihost router got delivered? Pro rata amount was deducted from bank but it is unclear how long will I actually have to wait for delivery. So you have already paid for a service that you don't have.

Had problems connecting to server using Outlook and Jehan at Afrihost solved it within a minute being very patient with me, thank you, learned that strong wifi signal helps 😉
