Always professional no matter how frustrated or upset I am. Always finds the answer if they don't have it or take up the issue and resolve it for you. Customer service is always great and by actual human beings not something automated.

Never ever have problems with these guys as everything is always working! Forgot to let them know i have re located, my roughter disconnected. Got in contact with their whatsapp chat, it was sorted within seconds! These guys know what they doing! Awesome customer service!

We have been with Afrihost for the past 2 years and we always receive the best service from Afrihost! Personally I think they are the best ISP. We have never really struggled with our internet connection and when there is a problem they would sort it out in no time. The staff is always professional and the most important part for me is that they treat you like a person and not just like another client. This is what service is suppose to be. Excellent ISP. Amazing company. Great employees!

The best fibre provider around. I moved over from Web Africa about 2 years ago because of their poor customer service. Afrihost truly outshines them with instant customer service! I've never had a problem.
